During Q3 of 2010, the Company acquired a 60% interest in the Mouskor and Normar portions of the Abitibi property from Breakwater Resources Ltd. The Company may, in certain circumstances, have the opportunity to increase its interest to up to 80% in the Mouskor and Normar claims and to also acquire a 2% royalty interest in the Malartic claims portion of the Abitibi property, with the Malartic claims currently held by Niogold Mining and Breakwater Resources. The Company also has a 100% interest in an additional 13 mining claims in the Abitibi area.
